New York Escorts: McMadam ‘arranged for rich clients to have sex with child actors’, it is …

The British mum dubbed ‘McMadam to the stars’ allegedly arranged for rich clients to have sex with child actors.
Anna Gristina, 44, faces up to seven years’ jail if convicted of running the escort service for bankers, entertainment execs and politicians.
Assistant District Attorney Charles Linehan told a New York court Gristina had arranged sex romps “in which minors were involved”.
He said: “One of the prostitutes that came in to talk us had said that she was present for this encounter that was arranged by the defendant and that she was particularly upset because there were underage actors involved.”
The startling accusation came as pictures surfaced showing the mum-of-four posing half-naked with her bare-chested third husband Kelvin Gorr, 38.
She had bragged to old pals back in the UK that she was in New York “building an empire”.

New York Escorts: Millionaire Madame’s Pal Sought for Questioning By Cops

The Millionaire Madam allegedly promoted prostitution under the name Anna Scotland for 15 years, netting her millions of dollars as attractive young women, some of them allegedly underage, and wealthy men came and went from an unassuming brownstone on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
“I’m surprised there was a brothel next door,” Tony Kim, who owns Danny Boy’s Cleaners, told ABCNews.com. “I’ve never seen anything like people walking in and out during the day.”
Gristina was allegedly caught on wiretaps and surveillance videos as part of a five-year investigation by the District Attorney’s Public Corruption Unit, which probes the conduct of law enforcement and other officials and whether they have been protecting Gristina’s alleged activities.
Prosecutors alleged at her arraignment that the tapes capture her bragging about how law enforcement sources promised to warn her if she were under suspicion, particularly during the time New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer was revealed to be a client of an escort service that was shut down in 2009.

New York Escorts: NYC Madam, Anna Gristina, On the Hot Seat

Anna Gristina bragged to friends about building an empire, but now the sexy New York City madam is languishing behind bars.
Does anyone believe the buxom madam when she says she never hired underage girls for her prostitution ring? While there’s a tendency to minimize damage done by “victimless crimes” like hooking and drug use, the scars of prostitution last a lifetime for many women.
What’s more, she was likely involved in money laundering, and clearly wasn’t paying taxes on her millions in profits.
Of course, she is now famous, and nude photos of her with her husband, Kelvin Gorr, are flying all over the Internet. The blond escort service operator is 44 years old, but she looks twenty years younger.
Meanwhile, this story is getting wilder by the hour. While the superstar madam is being held on a $2 million bond, her gorgeous assistant, Jaynie Mae Baker, is lamming it.

New York Escorts: “Suspicious” Four-Alarm Fire Destroys Business

After more than three decades, WNBC/Channel 4 is tossing anchorwoman Sue Simmons overboard. Last week, the station gave her the bad news that her contract would not be renewed — and come June, she’s history. Simmons, who has won four Emmys since starting at Channel 4 in 1980 and is the top-paid anchorwoman at any local station in the country, would happily have stayed. It was entirely NBC’s decision to break up the city’s best-known local anchor pair, Simmons and Chuck Scarborough. Read More: New York Post
Call girl says Manhattan ‘madam’s’ law-enforcement sources tipped her off about busts
A call girl who once worked for Manhattan “Madam” Anna Gristina said her boss had well-placed law-enforcement sources tipping her off about upcoming brothel busts, which is how the operation remained up and running for so long. Irma Nici, who has previously claimed to have slept with David Beckham and Eliot Spitzer, worked for Gristina for six months in 2002 and told The Post that the mother of four “laughed” when other escort services went down. Kristin Davis, a New York madam who supplied Spitzer with prostitutes, has alleged it was the former governor himself who tipped off someone working for Gristina’s business, Fleur d’Elite, about a sting on escort agencies – prompting the British woman to flee temporarily to Canada.
Moody: Another shot from Anna Gristina and Kelvin Gorr’s portfolio
Linehan explained it was thought she would do the same ‘at the moment’ she was discovered, although she had been arrested before being able to do so.
Judge Juan Merhcan agreed there was a ’significant’ risk of her fleeing and ordered she remain in custody.
He said: ‘It seems that $2million bail and $1million cash is appropriate given the risk of flight so I am not going to modify the bail.’

According to the Daily News, the escort service offered clients a three-tiered pricing system.

But sources told the Post Baker was Gristina’s way out and that she wanted to turn her illegal prostitution business into something more legitimate, pairing rich men with high-class escorts, models who were to be the ‘gold standard of escort services‘.
The source said: ‘It was all about her moving on with her life. She wanted out.’
It also emerged she only accepted cash for her girls so as not to leave any paper trail. Some high-end escorts cost $2,000 per hour. To take the girls away for a weekend cost $25,000.

New York Escorts: Briton accused of prostitution ring

Briton accused of prostitution ring
(UKPA) – 51 minutes ago
A Scottish woman has been accused of running a multimillion-pound prostitution ring in New York.
Anna Gristina, a 44-year-old mother of four who is originally from Edinburgh, was arrested on February 22 and could face up to seven years in prison if convicted.
Prosecutors contend she is a madam who boasted of ties to law enforcement and stashed cash to flee if authorities tried to close in on her. But her defence team say she is the target of an unfairly sensationalised case.

She has pleaded not guilty to a single charge of promoting prostitution and is being held at Rikers Island jail, with bail set at one million US dollars (£636,000) cash or two million US dollars (£1.27 million) bond.

New York Escorts: AP source: Accused madam’s broker pal identified

The adviser who was with Anna Gristina when she was arrested Feb. 22 on suspicion of running a brothel is broker is David Walker, the person told The Associated Press, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss details the person was not authorized to release.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys have presented contrasting views of Gristina, who is jailed on a seven-figure bail on a single charge of promoting prostitution.

When arrested in midtown Manhattan, she was with a friend and Morgan Stanley banker, having been to his office for a meeting to try to raise money to finance what prosecutors believe may be an online prostitution business, Linehan said at her arraignment last month.

He called the case a sign of “hypocrisy” in how society treats women accused of involvement in prostitution, compared to alleged male patrons.

New York Escorts: Alleged accomplice of Manhattan ‘madam’ indicted, remains on the lam

Accused millionaire madam Anna Gristina had an alleged partner in crime — gorgeous strawberry-blonde Jaynie Baker, who three sources told The Post today is Gristina’s indicted but unapprehended accomplice.
“She was running the operation with Anna,” said one source with knowledge of the operation. Asked where Baker, 30, of Brooklyn, is currently, the source answered, “Nobody knows.”
Baker and Gristina are both charged with felony promoting prostitution for allegedly co-running an Upper East Side-based escort service that offered premium call girls to a millionaire clientele.
“This was the gold standard of escort services,” said a second source with knowledge of the operation. “These were high-end models who cost $2,000 a visit, and were worth every penny.”
Prosecutors say that the alleged escort service was a hotbed — of official corruption and scofflaw wealthy clients.
