Four arrests in Clinton for prostitution; police say they witnessed sexual activity

On Monday, Sgt. Hunter, Sgt. Corey Kubinak and Patrolman Jeffrey Ollerenshaw, assisted by Franklin Township Police Patrolman Tim Snyder, went to the house to make arrests on charges of prostitution and marijuana possession. When they entered, police said they found Crystal Trout, 25; Isidro Silba, 23; and Luis Jasinto-Perez, 18, all of Clinton; and Juliet Em, 20, of Lebanon “engaged in sexual activity,” according to police. Police then obtained an additional search warrant, and Sgt. Hunter “found evidence of several burglaries inside” the house, according to police.

Trout was charged with promoting prostitution, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts each of burglary and theft.
Em and Jasinto-Perez were charged with engaging in prostitution. Silba was charged with loitering for the purpose of engaging in prostitution and obstruction of law.
