Rodney King, whose beating by LA cops in 1991 sparked ri oting in that city, visits to morrow’s “Judge Pirro” (4 p.m./Ch. 5) because he’s suing an ex- friend, Teneal Goyco, for not repaying a $4,500 loan. King, who admits to a past filled with drugs and crime — but claims to be 18 months on the wagon — also discusses the 1991 beating and his encounter with a transves tite prostitute and says he wants to tour the country to improve race relations.
