“The ordinance specifies requirements for a license,” Borough Administrator Michael Capabianco said. “No license will be issued to an individual under 18 or to sex offenders. The applicants must be licensed in massage and free of contagious and communicable diseases within 30 days of application. They must meet the standards set by the state’s Board of Nursing for licensing. They will be required to undergo a background check and fingerprinting by the Police Department.
