Film and TV star Jonathan Rhys Meyers reportedly got into a war of words with French police, leaving many to believe the rehabbed actor is drinking again. During the incident, he allegedly threw money at them and challenged police to hit him. He was, naturally, handcuffed.

Jeffrey Archuleta, the father of ‘American Idol’ star David Archuleta, was caught in a compromising position when police raided a Utah massage parlor, RadarOnline is reporting. He was cited for misdemeanor soliciting a prostitute, according to the report.
