Alex Young, estranged husband of “Private Practice” actress Kate Walsh, won a court battle Wednesday against ABC when a judge ruled that Stephen McPherson, president of the network, must answer questions on Walsh’s financial prospects at ABC. Walsh is embroiled in a not-so-private divorce from Young. ABC says it and the actress are being harassed by Young.

Do we really need more proof of Lindsay Lohan’s questionable decision-making skills? Turns out La Lohan passed up the role of the stripper in the big summer hit “The Hangover.” Usmagazine.com reports that director Todd Phillips and Lohan share an agent, who campaigned for the role on her behalf. Phillips agreed to consider her, but then Lohan didn’t like the script.
